Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is typically 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. [Adjust these windows to match your suppliers.]
Do you ship worldwide? Yes — we ship to most countries with tracked delivery. Delivery times and any customs charges vary by destination.
Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely. A tracking link is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Some orders ship in multiple parcels and may have more than one tracking number.
Are duties and taxes included? Prices are shown in EUR. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy? You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange? Email support@vantelli.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
When will I be refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Sizing
How do I find my size? Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
