These Terms govern your use of the Vantelli store and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We aim to display accurate product information, colours and pricing, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them.

2. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Shipping & delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Some items ship directly from our suppliers, which may mean separate deliveries and longer transit times. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. EU consumers may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under Section 5.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store — including the Vantelli name, logo, text and images — is our property or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantelli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia. [Update if your business is established elsewhere.]
